Tim Sheens, the Head Coach of Wests Tigers, has announced his team to face the Sydney Roosters in the Foundation Cup match at the Sydney Football Stadium on Saturday, February 26.
This matchup marks the much-anticipated return of utility player Tim Moltzen, who was sidelined for most of last season due to a knee reconstruction. After recovering from an ankle injury that kept him out of last week’s trial against Parramatta, Moltzen is ready to play.
Additionally, winger Matt Utai has been signed for the 2011 season on a one-year second-tier contract.
The Wests Tigers are aiming to secure the Foundation Cup for the first time since 2007. The game is set to kick off at 7.30pm.
