Roo gets mobbed in Las Vegas

Wayne Rooney was mobbed by girls as he warmed up for Euro 2012 at a Las Vegas nightclub.

He danced and chatted with the sexy fans until 3am as wife Coleen slept at their hotel.

England striker Wayne became the target man for a bevy of sexy blondes and brunettes after turning up at a nightclub.

The party girls made a beeline for Roo and chatted, danced and drank with him until the early hours.

One clubber said: “Wayne and his gang turned up at around 1am after a bit of gambling in the hotel casino.

“He was enjoying the attention of a string of ladies. It was packed with gorgeous women. There were blondes, brunettes…it was like a rainbow of beauties.

“Wayne appeared to be having a good time. He had a little dance and even cracked a smile.

“I noticed how happy he looked. You normally only see him scowling. At about 3am the gang staggered out towards the hotel lifts.”

Manchester United star Wayne, 26, is in Las Vegas with wife Coleen and son Kai, two, to relax before Euro 2012.

Coleen, 26, did not go with Wayne on Friday morning to the Tryst nightclub, which is in their hotel.

The clubber said: “I’m not sure where Coleen was…I’m guessing she was upstairs in their room looking after their son.

“There was a big queue for the nightclub but Wayne walked straight in. They had a VIP booth and it was well stocked with alcohol. There were girls dancing all around their table.

“When he went to the toilet he was flanked by what looked like a couple of security guards.”

Wayne’s group included former Man Utd team-mate Wes Brown and his wife Leanne.

Earlier Wayne and Coleen sunbathed by the hotel pool with her mum Colette and friends.

At one point Wayne went off to see Sunderland defender Brown, who was by another pool.

The two footballers met up again at around midnight to play roulette in the hotel’s casino, then headed to the club.

Yesterday Coleen was back at the pool topping up her tan.

Wayne flew to gambling capital Las Vegas, known as Sin City, after the disappointment of United losing the Premier League title to rivals Man City on Sunday.

He plans to recover here from a gruelling season before the Euros start in Poland and Ukraine in less than three weeks.

Wayne is suspended for England’s first two games.

New coach Roy Hodgson cancelled a planned training trip this week to give players a chance to recharge their batteries.

Wayne and Coleen are regular visitors to Vegas and have a holiday home in Barbados.
