Allegations arise as former boxing world champion Ricky Hatton caught in a wild binge
Ricky Hatton, a former boxing world champion, has been recorded appearing to take cocaine during a 10-hour spree of drinking and drug use.
Recorded in a Manchester hotel room, Hatton, who defeated Kostya Tszyu in 2005, was seen snorting 
seven lines of the banned substance.
The 31-year-old was visibly observed retrieving a wrap from his shoe, emptying the white powder onto a table, and inhaling its contents.
His friend, Emma Bowe, 29, filmed the incident for the News Of The World two weeks prior.
Bowe, an Irish national senior women’s boxing champion, stated that she traveled from Dublin to Manchester to join Hatton at a cage fighting event.
She reported that he spent the night at her hotel room, where she allegedly saw him use cocaine.
“I saw him lay out three large lines, really industrial quantities,” Bowe assessed. “I kept an eye on him the entire time.”
“He went to the dressing table, used a credit card to chop them up,” she added.
“Following that, he rolled up a £20 note, placed it up his nose, and snorted three lines of cocaine consecutively.”
Moreover, Bowe claims to have seen Hatton consume numerous shots of Sambuca, 11 pints of Guinness, four shots of vodka, and two glasses of wine.
These revelations are bound to embarrass Hatton, who was reportedly preparing for a comeback and renewed his boxing license in July.
Despite having earned over £30 million throughout his boxing career, Hatton, a father of one, does not require financial support.
Nevertheless, he was said to be embarrassed by his latest loss against Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas last year.
