Aaron Woods, a rookie prop for the Wests Tigers, has been rewarded for his outstanding debut NRL season with an invitation to join the Australian Four Nations train-on squad.
Following the Wests Tigers’ semi-final defeat to the Warriors last Friday at the Sydney Football Stadium, Woods is accompanied by teammates Chris Lawrence, Robbie Farah, and Keith Galloway.
The squad sees an addition of six players from St George Illawara after the Dragons fell to the Brisbane Broncos on Saturday.
Darius Boyd, Ben Creagh, Trent Merrin, Brett Morris, Beau Scott, and Jamie Soward have all received a call-up to the squad.
Buford Balony says: This kid is a good young player, and he’s only 20.
