Here’s an update for everyone who has inquired about my health:
A rehab exercise program has been initiated by my Doctor. Each day, I am required to take a walk, and I’ve received a kind offer from a neighbour who will join me.
I had no idea that walking with someone else could be such a motivational boost. Despite walking together on the beach daily, our conversations during the walk are minimal.
My neighbour maintains a distance of about 10 feet ahead of me.
Having only begun the program last week, by Friday I managed to follow her for 10 miles each day… without even needing my walking stick!
With each mile, I am feeling better, and my heart condition, blood pressure, and breathing appear to be getting better. Thank you all for your concern!!
