Celery racism is rife

A produce company based in Florida has introduced red celery to add a ‘colourful crunch’ to salads and dips.

It resembles rhubarb… so what if celery comes in red? Will you choose to purchase it solely based on the hue? Obviously not; the flavor is what drives your choice to buy celery.

This attitude towards celery reflects a form of racism – there are individuals who seem to have too much leisure time.
