From the overpass of a Los Angeles freeway, David Hasselhoff waved at passing traffic.
It’s uncertain whether he was feeling bored or frustrated. A local psychologist, who was on the receiving end of Hasselhoff’s wave, suggested that he may be seeking some attention since he might not have been occupied at that time.
According to Hasselhoff, this was his way of adding a bit of fun to the daily commute.
