Anti-Apartheid icon Archbishop Desmond Tutu, 79, has been accused of racism by suggesting ‘whites’ pay a ‘wealth tax’ for benefitting from apartheid.
The move has attracted a furious response in a country which enshrines the principle of non-racism in its constitution.
Critics said it would re-introduce race classification…the root of all apartheid.
