A surge of ‘Royalty obsessed idiots’ rushed online to purchase the dress, priced at approximately $620.
It’s astounding how some people can be so naive. Don’t they realize she’s unlikely to wear the dress again? Should she happen to wear it once more, the British press would certainly make a spectacle of it.
In my view, she should wear it again. It would demonstrate that it’s perfectly acceptable to invest in a lovely dress and wear it more than a single time.
