After allegedly witnessing one of their neighbors engaging in sexual intercourse with a pit bull terrier, residents had no choice but to call the police.
Reports indicate that Bernard Marsonek, a resident of Tampa, Florida, disregarded numerous pleas to halt his sexual acts with the dog in his backyard.
Upon the arrival of law enforcement, Mr. Marsonek was charged with aggravated animal cruelty, as well as two counts of possessing a firearm as a felon and one count of engaging in sexual activity with animals.
It has been mentioned that eight large pit bulls were seized by Hillsborough County Animal Services from his residence.
Mr. Marsonek, who has an unrelated prior conviction, was released from custody yesterday after posting a $17,500 bond.
