An unknown practical joker was captured on video halting traffic while gliding down a road, dressed as the iconic white wizard and sporting flip-flops.
The footage reveals numerous frustrated motorists honking their horns in anger as the longboarding wizard spins around and shouts: ‘You shall not pass!’
As the prankster ambles down the road at a frustratingly slow pace, traffic creeps along at a snail’s crawl.
Clad from head to toe in complete sorcerer attire, featuring a wizard hat and an unruly beard, the unidentified individual embodies J. R. R. Tolkien’s renowned character, famously portrayed by Academy Award-winning actor Ian McKellen in the film.
