The police sketch of a suspect involved in the serious robbery of two women in Texas may well be considered the worst of its kind ever created.
Released by the Lamar County Sheriff’s Department, this drawing – which they clarify is a composite sketch rather than an exact likeness – aims to assist in locating the man who reportedly mugged two women at knife point on Thursday.
However, the likelihood that this sketch will aid the police in their investigation appears slim, as it resembles a bewildered cartoon character.
According to the victims’ account, the suspect that the police artist aimed to illustrate was described as approximately ‘6 feet tall or slightly taller, around 25 to 30 years old, with either no facial hair or very sparse facial hair, along with a muscular physique.’
Additionally, the description specifies: ‘His nose was straight, lacking any flare in the nostrils. He had short black hair and a round face, with tattoos adorning both arms and one tattoo located on the left side of his neck.’
Authorities further stated: ‘The victim was very clear that the neck tattoo contained a significant amount of red ink.’
Anyone possessing information regarding the crime is encouraged to reach out to the Lamar County Sheriff’s Department.
