A homeowner was left speechless when he took up his old carpet to discover a giant Monopoly board painted on the floorboards underneath.
Every home needs its own version of the classic board game, but most of them you can pack away and store in the cupboard when you’re done.
The painted board features the traditional ‘pass go’ square and a potentially troublesome ‘go to jail’ space next to the door.
Hundreds have commented on the giant Monopoly board, with one demanding: ‘Start pulling out all the other carpets in your house too see what other board games are underneath!’
The suggestion of a gigantic Twister game was immediately shot down, however.
‘Twister is already life-size. A gigantic Twister would be nearly impossible to play,’ said one.
