Doctor Jaroslav Bartak allegedly tricked his way past Vatican officials to shoot a hardcore porn film at their embassy.
Dr Bartak was allowed into the Prague building amid fears a disease was spreading among staff.
But he ‘abused that trust’ to film an adult movie, featuring nuns, sinners and a cardinal, officials said.
Czech Vatican embassy spokeswoman Monika Vyvodova said: ‘He gained access to the historic building under false pretences… to stage morally objectionable visual images, to which, as a representative of the faithful, the Apostolic Nunciature strongly protests.’
The doctor is already facing allegations he raped his female assistants, according to local media.
