A man has been sentenced to jail after he hit his estranged wife with his penis when she declined his sexual advances.
Fred Thomas, a resident of Maine, USA, will serve five days behind bars after admitting guilt to the assault that occurred in July.
Reportedly, the 62-year-old offered his estranged wife $20 for sex, and when she turned him down, he took out his penis and struck her with it, according to the prosecution.
Defence Attorney Justin Andrus stated that Thomas was extremely distressed about the breakdown of his 39-year marriage. He mentioned that his estranged wife intended to travel to Pakistan to meet a man she discovered online.
“This was out of character for him,” Andrus explained to Justice Jeffrey Hjelm during the sentencing session at Knox County Superior Court.
