Joe Galuvao and Tim Robinson help collapsed woman

In Dee Why, a collapsed woman received assistance from the Manly Sea Eagles duo, Joe Galuvao and Tim Robinson.

The reason for the tardiness of the Manly pair, Joe Galuvao and Tim Robinson, was justifiable; they intervened when a middle-aged woman collapsed and suffered a head injury in Dee Why.

During a week where their Sea Eagles teammates, Anthony Watmough and Terence Seuseu, were embroiled in negative headlines, Galuvao and Robinson rushed to aid the unconscious woman.

After a daily journey from Penrith involving a train and bus to Northern Beaches training, Galuvao unexpectedly encountered a life-threatening situation. “I told Timmy exactly where I was and to come quick,” explained Galuvao.

“The woman was unconscious and having an obvious seizure.

“Having just returned from a swim, she was wrapped in a towel, which I used to help control the bleeding.”

Coach Des Hasler expressed happiness about his players’ response, stating, “While several teammates made headlines for foolish acts, they have shown everyone what they are truly about.”
