AUSTRALIA‘S sexiest modeling export, Jessica Gomes, has posed nude for Madison magazine, showcasing the curves that have propelled her to swimsuit fame.
The 26-year-old, known for her work with Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret, has recently returned to Australia and has posed without clothing or Photoshop for the magazine’s November issue, which is set to be released tomorrow.
“I think many girls can identify with me because I’m not super thin; I’ve got curves,” she remarked. “And I actually think I look pretty good.”
The beauty from Perth mentioned that she wasn’t suited for the Paris catwalks but had discovered her place within the industry.
“I felt a bit rejected due to my lack of success,” she reflected on her experience with the competitive casting circuit during Paris Fashion Week in 2005.
“Sports Illustrated turned me into a household name in America and helped me find my niche.
Before that, I was uncertain about my position in the industry.”
Gomes isn’t the first Australian to pose nude for a fashion publication. Radio host Bianca Dye, who also appeared nude for Madison’s November 2009 issue, called out the rival magazine Marie Claire in January for featuring a nude and nearly perfect Jennifer Hawkins on its cover.
“I am shocked they would call Jennifer Hawkins a natural role model,” Dye expressed.
“She was born beautiful. She didn’t have to endure any struggles to achieve that look.”
