Humpbacks spotted swimming in Sydney Harbour

Two whales were sighted in Sydney Harbour, which brightened the morning of the early commuters.

The mother and her baby are believed to be humpback whales. They were spotted splashing about yesterday morning at around 6am.

They swam about for around two hours and even swum under Sydney Harbour Bridge.

The mother and baby humpback whales are just two of the 13,000 whales that are expected to migrate south along Australia’s east coast this year.
