A ghost has developed a strong liking for a woman in the Northern Territory, and he believes he wants to linger and haunt her…oh yes…and his name happens to be Kevin.
In the middle of the night, Kevin once attempted to pull her out of bed.
“I was asleep,” she recounted. “Someone grabbed my wrist, waking me up.
“I thought, ‘Hmmm, hubby is in the mood for romance’, until I suddenly remembered he wasn’t even at the house,” she explained.
According to Mrs. Mills-Young, she felt a hand around her wrist attempting to lift her up and out of bed.
“The instant I opened my eyes, the grip vanished and the room was empty.”
“I shouted at Kevin that he wasn’t welcome in my bedroom and that he couldn’t join me in bed.
“I told him to leave and to shut the door behind him. Moments later, I witnessed the bedroom door slowly close.
“I leaped up and locked it—although when facing a ghost, it doesn’t really make a difference.”

Ms. Mills-Young, together with her husband Geoff and their two children, now 19 and 20, are convinced that the ghost is haunting their residence in Durack, Palmerston.
She mentioned that the family sensed “something was off” right after they moved into the house two years ago.
“My daughter suddenly felt uneasy—she claimed someone was in her room,” Mrs. Mills-Young stated.
“My daughter thought she had seen my son Aaron sneak out of the back door late at night.
“She described a tall black shadow standing at the door—however, at that moment, Aaron was hiding behind the computer desk.”
Mr. Mills-Young expressed that he had been affected by the ghost’s shadow.
“I spotted someone walking past our back door in our locked yard,” he said.
“I quickly jumped up and headed to the door to see what this individual was doing in our yard—then he simply disappeared.”
Mrs. Mills-Young admitted that she was the “biggest skeptic” when it came to ghosts.
“I can’t ascertain who it might be, but I can think of another ‘political’ ghost… even a former Prime Minister named Kevin.”
