Paramedics were called to the restaurant on Camden Valley Way in Gregory Hills about 2.30am (AEST) on Saturday after staff found a man and woman, both injured, in the toilets.

The woman, 30, was taken to Campbelltown Hospital, but died soon after.

The man, a 38-year-old from Ingleburn, was treated at Liverpool Hospital for minor injuries before being released into police custody and later charged with murder.

He has been refused bail and will appear in Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
