Who cares if Pete Doherty steals from the French?

Pete Doherty has disclosed that he is presently negotiating with France’s national railway company, SNCF, concerning a trolley that is missing and presumed stolen.

The trolley had staff uniforms, cold meats, and cutlery inside.

In his blog post, the former Libertines member mentioned that he couldn’t take the train to watch Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds tonight in Toulouse, France, due to the alleged incident.

He wrote, “the train is out of the question. I am currently in discussion with SNCF regarding my accountability for a missing trolley-load of staff uniforms (gaberdine wool mind you), cold meats, cutlery.”

He then inquired if any fans could lend him a car, allowing him and a friend to drive from Paris, where Doherty currently resides, to the gig.

Last month, Pete Doherty canceled a series of shows in Scotland. He was supposed to perform at Inverness’ Ironworks venue, but the show was called off due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Doherty also canceled his Glasgow performance. This marked the second consecutive show in Glasgow that the singer had scrapped, prompting fans to voice their disappointment on his official Facebook page.
