The High Court in London has granted Lady Gaga an injunction to prevent the animated character Lady Goo Goo from launching a single, as stated by its creators.
From the Moshi Monsters online game, Lady Goo Goo, a baby with a long blonde fringe, had released The Moshi Dance on YouTube.
However, thanks to Lady Gaga’s injunction, its complete release has been halted, according to Mind Candy.
The law firm Mishcon de Reya confirmed its representation of Lady Gaga but refrained from providing any further comments.
Targeting children aged six to twelve, the Moshi Monsters game allows players to adopt “moshling” characters such as Lady Goo Goo, Dustbin Beaver, and Roxy.
The owners had intended to launch The Moshi Dance on iTunes, which contains lyrics like “my stroller’s pretty and my diapers are silk, I throw my toys out if I don’t get my milk” and “my crazy outfits seem to shock.”
