A new free mixtape has been released by Dizzee Rascal on his website.
On Twitter, the rapper shared a link directing fans to dirteetv.com.
Titled ‘The Mixtape Vol.2’, the latest tape serves as a sequel to the first volume that debuted on New Year’s Day in 2007.
To promote this free mixtape, Dizzee also uploaded a video on YouTube, which is mixed by DJ MK and features fresh music from himself, P Money, Newham Generals, Bun B, and Merky Ace.
Additionally, the rapper has been finalizing his fifth studio album, continuing from his 2009 release ‘Tongue n’ Cheek’. On January 1, fans can look forward to a sneak peek of the album through a new 6-track EP available for download on iTunes. A new track titled ‘Bassline Junkie’ will also have its video premiere on his online channel DirteeTV.com.
Dizzee expressed his excitement in a statement, saying, “It’s all new material and just a taster of all the good new music we got coming in the new year! The ‘Bassline Junkie’ video is gonna have people in stitches. 1 love!”
