Cher Lloyd fancies Mr Bean

Many teenagers would break down under the onslaught of criticism that Cher Lloyd has faced.

However, this determined fighter has silenced her detractors by stating they are merely ‘insecure’.

The pop princess from Malvern asserts that the reason for the bullying is rooted in the other people’s own ‘unhappiness’.

With the backing of Simon Cowell, nearly half a million Twitter followers, and a debut album soon to be released, it’s Cher who ends up laughing last.

Approaching her 18th birthday, Cher even tackled the criticisms in her debut single Swagger Jagger, where she sings, ‘Hi hater/ Kiss kiss/ See you later.’

Rising to fame after finishing fourth on last year’s X Factor, this petite star has shown remarkable maturity for her age.

She remarked, ‘Some individuals struggle to accept the fact that everyone is different.

‘I believe it ultimately comes down to their insecurities…if you’re discontent with yourself, you’re likely to target others, which is what they’re doing. My heart goes out to them.’

Regarding her forthcoming track, she noted, ‘Certain lines in the song explain that no matter my actions, people will continue writing and talking about me constantly.

‘I remain in people’s thoughts, whether they love me or detest me.’

Cher mentioned that she maintains communication with Cowell, stating: ‘We share a fantastic rapport…it’s a genuine one.

‘If he believes something won’t benefit me or steer me in the correct path, he offers guidance, which is exactly why I joined the show…to seek his mentorship.

‘To determine if I had what it takes. He’s like an uncle. Uncle Si!

‘Yes, I do text him. I never include kisses though! Just a smiley face.’

She also praised her fans for being a source of encouragement, saying, ‘It’s truly wonderful. I refer to them as my brats because they’re spirited.

‘I hardly need to voice my opinions…they advocate for me. I couldn’t do it without their support.’

Cher also disclosed her latest unusual crush…you might find it amusing…’I’ve developed a crush on Mr Bean.

‘But not on the actor, Rowan Atkinson…rather the character. If I could date someone like that for a day, I believe I’d be very, very content, since he doesn’t really talk, does he?

‘He just says “Teddy, teddy”. I even incorporated his name in one of my songs… it goes, “Please don’t say a thing, Mr Bean.” Isn’t it fantastic?’

No sweetheart, it isn’t fantastic. You aren’t exceptional, nor are the fools who have put you in this position. People are drawn to you, darling, because they anticipate making profit off you…not because they view you as talented.

Anyone can replicate what you do, and we aren’t concerned with your celebrity crushes. You’re still quite young and probably wouldn’t even grasp the meaning of ‘insecure’. It irritates me to see a child acting mature…believing she knows more than those who have lived far longer.

She won’t last long…if fortune favors her, she could be back in college or working at a supermarket by Christmas…well…we can wish, can’t we?

I’ll give her one thing…her music is marginally better than The Birdie Song…just barely.
