This Christmas, Adele’s best-selling album, 21, turned out to be the least desired gift.
A total of 47,315 copies of the CD were returned online starting from Christmas Day.
The second most unwanted item was Emeli Sande’s Our Version of Events, which saw 41,038 copies abandoned.
One Direction’s Up All Night also underperformed, with 37,846 CDs returned.
Twilight was the most discarded DVD, totaling 36,217 copies for sale, while The Dark Knight followed closely behind with 35,461 copies.
