You must dump a miserable partner

Are you in a relationship with someone who is always complaining, or do you find yourself in a sullen workplace? If so, be cautious…misery can spread.

A study conducted by Harvard indicates that unhappiness, along with various moods, can be contagious. This phenomenon occurs because our brains contain “mirror neurons” that reflect the emotions of those around us, leading to “contagious thinking.” If our facial expressions display a particular emotion…such as a frown…it won’t be long before we experience that same emotion ourselves.

This serves as a strong incentive to seek a new job in a positive environment…or to break free from that unhappy partner. Otherwise, you’ll inevitably find yourself feeling just like them.
