A staggering one in four women reported feeling so fatigued that they would sacrifice sex for an entire month just for the chance of a good night’s sleep.
Conversely, only 13% of men would be willing to make that same trade-off. Additionally, a third of women indicated they would forgo chocolate, according to a survey.
Moreover, four out of ten Australians expressed that they would pay out of pocket for an uninterrupted night’s sleep. One in five are prepared to exchange a day of their annual leave.
The survey conducted by the herbal tablet company Kalms Sleep revealed that financial, occupational, or familial stress keeps a quarter of the population awake at night, while 28% attribute their sleeplessness to a partner who snores.
