It’s a relief to hear. After California increased the top tax rate, the wealthy opted to leave instead of paying the taxes…resulting in diminished funds, with the burden then shifting to the poor.
Maybe this is the reason Arnie visited Britain lately…contemplating the production of Governator 2…since the British are likely heading towards a similar fate.
