A two-year house arrest has been handed down to Quincy, the son of former Chelsea star Ruud Gullit.
At 20 years old, Quincy was apprehended in Milan, Italy, for his involvement in cannabis distribution.
However, this shouldn’t come as too much of a shock… after all, he hails from Holland… and we are all aware of the Dutch affinity for cannabis.
