Since the arrival of her baby daughter Harper Seven last Sunday, she has understandably been keeping a low profile.
However, today Victoria Beckham made a return to Twitter to share her happiness about becoming a mother for the fourth time.
The singer-turned-designer revealed that she has ‘fallen in love all over again’ after giving birth in Los Angeles.
She tweeted, ‘Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!!!
‘We all feel so blessed and the boys adore their baby sister so much!!! X VB.’
The announcement of the birth was made by her proud husband, David, on his Facebook page.
He shared, ‘I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. Victoria is doing really well, and her brothers are thrilled to have a baby sister.’
It’s believed that the couple may have drawn inspiration for their daughter’s name from a TV character named Harper, from their son’s favorite show, The Wizard Of Waverly Place, featuring Selena Gomez.
A family friend disclosed to the media earlier this week, ‘The whole family contributed to the name choice… Victoria and David love it, but it was actually the boys who suggested it.
‘Victoria adored it since it’s an old English name, and despite Harper being born in America, she will always have English roots.’
The story behind the name is…well, I’ve always been a favorite of hers…if you catch my drift, but keep it to yourself…it’ll be our little secret. And about the middle name…we didn’t just do this once, did we?
