Their brief romance was thought to have fizzled out last month after Shane Warne’s alleged fling with porn star Chloe Conrad.
But it looked like things were very much back on as Elizabeth Hurley and the Australian cricketer were spotted dining out in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Currently in California to reignite her acting career in the new Wonder Woman TV series, the 45-year-old took time out to be wined and dined by Warne, 41.
Wearing a low-cut grey bandage dress and gold high-heels, Hurley looked tanned and glowing as she left the Boa steakhouse in Beverly Hills.
While Hurley was dressed to the nines, Warne was going for a more casual approach in jeans and a blazer.
It’s the first time the pair have been spotted together since the swimwear designer’s trip to visit him in Australia for Valentine’s Day.
But she headed home a week early after Conrad claimed she had slept with Warne while he was dating Hurley.
Since her visit to Australia in February, Hurley has given little away about her private life.
But on Twitter on Sunday night, she hinted at a possible date with Warne, writing: ‘Watched a very scary movie last night, Case 39. Was too nervous to sleep after.’
The pair were first linked in July after Hurley was photographed chatting to Warne at the Glorious Goodwood Festival.
Over the next few months, they exchanged flirty text messages on Twitter.
After the couple were photographed kissing in a London hotel in mid-December, the former actress decided to go public with her marriage breakdown from Arun Nayar.
She announced she had split from Nayar on her Twitter page, writing, ‘For the record, my husband Arun and I separated a few months ago. Our close family and friends were aware of this.’
Around the same time, Warne confirmed he too was no longer with ex-wife Simone Callahan, having split up two months earlier despite continuing to live together in Melbourne with their children.
He wrote on his website, ‘Sadly and unfortunately, Simone and I split up a while ago, our close friends and family were informed at that time.
‘It is a private matter so we did not make it public. We remain friends and will continue to be good parents.’
Meanwhile, Hurley is currently filming the new Wonder Woman TV series, which stars Friday Night Lights actress Adrianne Palicki, 27, as the costumed hero.
The last time Hurley was on a TV show was in 1996 where she starred in television movie Samson And Delilah.
