When a heckler at Russell Brand’s show asked, “Is she ginger all over?”, he defended Geri Halliwell.
The comic responded, “Don’t be dirty.”
Regarding Ginger Spice, he remarked: “She doesn’t have hair on her back. She’s not an orange Yeti.
“She’s not like some hairy Jaffa Cake bear. She’s still a person, an actual person.”
While Geri was announcing a “whirlwind” romance with him, Russell Brand was involved with another girl.
Yesterday, a grim-faced Geri was seen in a park outing with her six-year-old daughter, Bluebell Madonna, in North London.
Brand’s new partner is Aimee Levoir, 24, a budding actress and current drama student at RADA.
However, during the comic’s performance on Tuesday night in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, it was Ginger Spice who captured the fans’ attention.
Brand pleaded with attendees not to inquire about her, worried he might spill intimate details. Yet, he humorously added: “Look, give me a year and I’ll turn it into good material for you.”
After the show, Brand returned to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, where he spent Monday night with Aimee.
Last night, he performed to help raise funds for a local rehab center. During his travels, he frolicked with a group of morris dancers while Aimee remained hidden in the back of his Mercedes.
