Recently, Hugh shared his thoughts on adapting to fatherhood, expressing fondness for his baby daughter, whom he had with ex-girlfriend Tinglan Hong, stating that he likes her ‘very much.’
He mentioned the decision he and Chinese actress Tinglan made to name their daughter Tabitha.
The 51-year-old actor commented to The Guardian newspaper: ‘Many people cautioned me that the baby phase isn’t particularly exciting.
‘But I’m actually thrilled. I assumed I would just pretend to enjoy it – but I’ve hardly needed to pretend at all.’
Grant also expressed that he has no regrets about becoming a father for the first time.
He remarked: ‘I like my daughter very much. It’s fantastic. Has she transformed my life? I’m not entirely sure.
‘Not yet. Not significantly, no. However, I am truly delighted to have her in my life, and I feel like a better person because of it.’
