The terms of divorce have been agreed upon by Christina Aguilera and her husband Jordan Bratman.
Christina, aged 30, along with music executive Bratman, who is 33, will share the custody of their three-year-old son, Max.
Earlier in February, Bratman disclosed that they had come to an agreement on financial matters, thanks to their pre-nuptial arrangement.
Now, their divorce is set to be finalized on April 15th, 2011.
After five years of marriage, which followed a nine-month engagement, the couple separated last October, leading Christina to file for divorce. She has been in a relationship with Matt Rutler, a production assistant from her movie Burlesque, since November.
She certainly didn’t take long to move on.
Some of her friends are expressing concern over her excessive partying. At a party hosted by Hurt Locker star Jeremy Renner, she ended up passing out. Let me reassure her friends that it’s entirely typical… completely normal to attend a party, perhaps have a bit too much to drink, and then, just maybe, find yourself passing out.
