Dear Woosy,
I need your assistance. I’m at a loss!
Recently, I visited my local library to gather information for our community campaign against GM crops. To my surprise, I discovered my husband in the back office sharing a kiss with a young and attractive librarian.
When I confronted him, he confessed to having an affair with her for six months, starting after he lost his job as a plant breeder. I have attempted to talk through this issue with him, but he stubbornly denies acknowledging his struggles that began with his job loss.
Although I still love him immensely, I’m unsure how to address his behavior, especially since he refuses to seek therapy. Please provide your guidance!
Woosy says – Regrettably, I believe you’re expending your efforts in vain. There is scant evidence, if any, to prove that GM crops pose harm, so your library visit was likely a waste of time. I doubt you would have come across any credible information to back your argument. My advice is to refrain from returning to the library.
